Yes, I am the Ironic Chef. I just grabbed what was in the fridge to make a quick breakfast and made up the recipe on the spot. I guess you can call it a Frenchican Toast (French + Mexican flavors on toast). 1) Artisan 4 Cheese Sourdough bread 2) Refried beans 3) French Brie Cheese 4) Sliced avocado. Toast the bread, spread refried beans, layer cheese & avocado and plate on Granny's favorite china. Bon Appetwit.
